The goal has always been a youth / family center , we just kinda got side tracked along the way.

So far we have 159 backpacks. Our goal is 200. We are almost there. It’s never too late to donate !

We are also looking for donations for printer paper , expo markers , Kleenex , hand sanitizer and disinfect wipes. I know y’all seen these school supplies list lol. So we love to help family with the odd ball stuff on the list.

As I prep for tonight , my mind just brings me back to Summer 2020. To think we started as a protest , no permits , no rules , no funding to do the event. and now we are one of Tacomas First Black Owned Farmers Markets inclusive to Black Business owners with Permits , insurance, portta potty , bounce houses and hand washing station. We made this event happen with the support of the people ! We don’t have big sponsors, or grants . We have people with big hearts willing to come set up ! This event is only able to happen when COMMUNITY comes together. When vendors pay there vending fees. Y’all MAKE it happen. So remember that this is done out of LOVE. So come SUPPORT us. We are here FOREVER!!!
