We are seeking a Virtual Call Center Agent to join our team!
Adapt Business Solutions connects businesses to their customers with a smile. Specializing in customer support, problem solving, and happy connections, Adapt supports businesses of all sizes.
As Virtual Call Center Agent you will be responsible for helping customers by providing information and resolving customer questions.
Compensation: $10 per hour
Employment Type: Seasonal
What you will do:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshooting and filter issues and concerns
Document customer conversations based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
Ability to problem solve customer requests
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
