🚨New Instagram Feature- reorder your grid! But it’s only important if you actually care about your grid.

Yes, most people see your content in their feed. But if they see something they like, they may well head over to your grid and binge more if your content.

So, if you have time, this feature could be helpful in showing them your best content. Ways it can help…
1) You have a checkerboard grid pattern and someone puts out a collab post without telling you and it messes everything up - simply reorder the last few posts to keep the pattern
2) You’re regularly posting a series but one of them has done really well so you want to pin it - you can move some older posts forward to fill the gap
3) You’ve posted about a product that’s out of stock - you can move the post much further down your grid without deleting it.

Deleting or archiving posts isn’t great for account performance, so moving posts down your grid is definitely a better option.

Unlink your Facebook...

If you have a bigger following on Instagram and you're reposting to Facebook for the sake of it but aren't really making any sales there, it could be worth testing unlinking them.

One of my connections shared this with me this week and she's seen a big increase in daily followers by ditching the page.

For months posting more than one Story in a 24 hour window has killed Reach, but Instagram has promised it's fixed. 🤞🤞

I'm going back to using sequences of Stories, but I'll keep it focused and relevant as attention spans are still short.

This time two years I was having a tough time worrying about my youngest. 😯

She was starting school and I remember feeling anxious about whether she'd make friends okay and if she'd be able to follow the rules.

She had a fab time at the jungle part of the first day and went off on day two without looking back!

Yes, it's different to nursery and it might seem hard for the first few weeks as they adjust, but kids don't worry about things in advance at this age and they get used to it pretty quickly.
