Will AI replace SEO?

Do I believe that AI is able to replace the entire role that SEO consultants play?
NO, but I DO believe that there is a new way of doing some of the laborious tasks we have to do as SEO consultants for sure!

This should then translate into more efficient ways of working that will reduce the time we have to spend helping you climb that google mountain.

I am very intrigued to learn how AI can speed up, improve and provide a more accessible SEO service for small business owners. So this is now my mission.

While still doing SEO the "traditional" way I want to learn how I can improve my current processes and then look at creating a whole new way for me to not only create amazing SEO strategies for my clients but also teach people a new way of doing SEO using AI.

Should we be optimsing our website for voice search?

This depends!

I know that's a typical thing to say about an SEO strategy but it's true, it depends on a lot of factors.

To decide if your website should be optimised for voice search you need to first understand what people are using voice searches for.

So let's imagine you're walking down the road or you're driving your car and you need a quick answer about where something is or the best place to stop for coffee. You will reach for your phone and say "HEY SIRI!! where's the best coffee near me".

This is a perfect way to use voice search.

But if you're looking for somewhere to buy a new dress from I don't imagine you'll call out for Siri's help with that type of search.

So when you decide if Voice search is a strategy you should be adopting into your website ask yourself if you think people are using Siri for these types of searches.

Not all shiny objects are worth chasing !!

CELEBRATING MY WIN 🍾

I am today celebrating making a profit in my business. It may only be a small one but it's still a profit and Signafy's that my business is profitable, is something people NEED and are WILLING to pay for. BOOM 👌

I invested heavily in business coaching and specialised training in SEO and when you see that you have actually made a profit it helps your mindset massively.

I run an SEO consultancy business and I understand I'm fresh out of training so I don't have the track record that the big agencies have but what I do have his pride in what I do and passion to help small businesses access SEO support at prices they can afford.

I'm a data gal! I love investigating and seeing improvements. I'm also a bit of a numbers geek which makes me the perfect personality for SEO.

I have not only created a "profitable" businesses I have also reached out to other small business owners to build collaborations to increase the exposure both our businesses can get form working together. And it works so well.

I just want to shout out to my business coach who has helped me no end to stay the course and push my business forward and also who is originally my SEO teacher but since joining her membership I see her as more than my SEO mentor. She is wildly successful but still so down to earth and available for everyone.
I appreciate and thank them both very much. 🌸

My main intension behind this post was to just let all the start-up business owners out there know that if I can turn my negative profit into a positive profit in a few weeks then so can you!

I'm now pumped and very excited for the next 12 months ☝

Most people fall into the trap of creating content for the top of their marketing funnel. The problem with this is the conversion rate will be extremely low. The data proves it!

But if you create content aimed at the bottom of you marketing funnel the conversion rate is much higher.

Creating content aimed at an audience that is already aware of their problem and understands what the solution is will convert much better.

You can still create content for your top of funnel audience but as business is all about money prioritising higher converting keywords will improve your revenue 💵

When doing keyword research always analyze it under the Lense of
"Will this convert into a sale for me?" 👌

Is SEO dead?

This seems to be the question on a lot of social media mangers lips at the moment.

So, are they right?

With 8.9 billion google searches per day and with 46% of all online product purchases starting with a google search I would be very confident in saying no SEO is not dead.

I do see SEO and the way we use the internet changing with the release of AI tools.

But this just means we adapt how we do SEO.

SEO will still be around and vital for your business.

SEO is important for your social media accounts BUT the optimisation you can do is very limited. The reason this is limited is because the search data is not available, so Keyword research is not possible inside Instagram and Facebook.

Making a statement like SEO is dead is incorrect and poorly researched.

I am a big believer that businesses should use more than one marketing tool.

And social media is not your only choice.

Instagram doesn't have to be your go to marketing strategy 😜

Listen up! I know we're lead to believe by some that social media is the only way to market your business. I am here to tell you they are wrong ❌

Social media is a great way to build awareness of your business and get people into your world but let's be honest it takes a lot of time or money to outsource.

We need to stop and remember that the social media mangers that tell us that social media is the best way to market your business find it easy and it's their bread and butter.

I'm not a huge fans of the social media content creation hamster wheel. It's also not my biggest lever to get clients and eyes on my business.

My best lead generation marketing strategy is the tried and tested collaborations and networking.

Now this really lights me up 🌟

I love connecting with other business owners and talking about how we can add quality to each others audiences.

By connecting with other businesses on lives, podcasts and guest posting on their blogs I have increased my visibility, added so much value to their audiences and received lots of leads who now know, like and trust me because of how they found me.

Don't put all your eggs into one marketing basket.

There are collaboration and networking opportunities all around, you just need to ask!
