What an absolutely crazy weekend when you stop and look at it in perspective.
Our timelines are terrible. We’re cutting it close on damn near every project. Air shipments are leaving daily just to make sure awards land at shows on time. Every client gets nervous. Every client has questions. And honestly, they should. But they also know we’re going to come through, and they know the quality waiting on the other side is worth it.
When I started this, there wasn’t a roadmap. There wasn’t a YouTube tutorial. There wasn’t a blueprint for building the kind of awards we wanted to create. We weren’t the first people to make custom awards, but the vision we had was different. We had to research it, figure it out, fail at it, improve it, and piece together every part of the process ourselves.
Fast forward to today and there are a lot of companies doing similar things. That’s part of being an innovator. If you’re doing something right, eventually people start following the trail you helped create.
What I’m most proud of isn’t the equipment, the growth, or even the awards themselves. It’s that despite the chaos, the deadlines, the stress, and the constant pressure, we continue to deliver pieces that make people stop and stare.
The weekends are crazy. The schedules are ugly. The shipping bills are painful. But the work speaks for itself, and that’s why clients keep coming back. 💪🏆 Thank you for believing in us
