📱 This perfectly explains why Executive Hub by Tracy stopped offering social media management and offering coaching instead.

The truth is, most want the Tier 3 ($2500 - 5500) results for the lower end of Tier 1 investment.

They see the value in social media, but paying someone else to do it when it can be done "in house" by making it an employee duty is a "better investment." And that works for some who are starting out.

When it comes to marketing in 2025, social media is going to provide the quickest ROI because the bigger marketing budgets and investments are holding onto the prime spots on TV and Radio as TV and Radio try to stay afloat and keep up with reels, video platforms, and podcasts.

Hashtags still work... but barely.

Think of them like that one intern who still shows up even after the job was automated — helpful sometimes, but mostly just hanging on.

On TikTok, the cap is 5 hashtags.
Instagram will likely follow soon (maybe even to zero).
And Facebook? Hashtags confuse the bots now — AI reads them as code, not content. So, the algorithm basically shrugs and scrolls on.

Here’s what still matters 👇
Use hashtags strategically to signal:

Who your post is for

What pain point it solves

The solution or benefit

So yes, you can still use them — just intentionally.
No more hashtag paragraphs or .

And honestly... can we all agree life was simpler when we just called it a pound sign?

Don’t do it for the income. Do it for the outcome.

The outcome should be your enjoyment, your peace, and your alignment with purpose.

Of course, put a price on what you do—your skill has value, and value deserves to be compensated—but don’t attach your identity or survival to whether it “succeeds.”

We’ve all heard the saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.”

But here’s the truth: the people who can fully live that way often have another steady source of income or support that gives them that freedom.

I recently read a blog from my virtual life coach (who I’m convinced we’d be ambiverted friends in real life ) where she said something that stuck with me:

“I don’t believe our true passions were ever meant to carry that weight (of necessities for survival - bills).”

And I agree. Once passion gained dependents—electricity, water, employees, survival—it lost the passion part.

Trying to make your passion carry the full weight of provision can lead to burnout—and even cause you to walk away from the skill within that passion that God actually meant to sustain you.

Biblically, ministry has five parts: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 4:11).
When you begin to search for your Kingdom Purpose, you’ll find that your calling falls under one of these—by design. And it won’t look like anyone else’s, because your gifts are unique. They exist to build up the body of Christ and help the Church (the people, not the building) grow to spiritual maturity.

So here’s the balance:
If God gave you a skill to pay the bills, then put a price on it.

But don’t let that price become a prison.

Your gifts were never meant to be in bo***ge to income—they were meant to serve a Kingdom outcome.

🧱 Everything in life starts with a good foundation.

Your house. Your health. Your faith. Your family. Your business.
And yes… even your Facebook group.

If your group was built just to sell—but you never built connection first,
If you added people just to grow numbers—but never grew trust,
If you post consistently—but never engage meaningfully…

Then you might be building on shaky ground.

It’s not too late to start again.
Rebuild with purpose. Lead with value. Create real community.

Because when the foundation is strong, everything else has room to grow.

Let’s talk about your community group.

If your biggest engagement comes from giveaways, clearance, or “going out of business” posts… that’s what your audience expects from you.

Most of them didn’t join to buy — they joined because someone tagged them to win something.

Ouch. But it’s true.

You haven’t created a community where people trust you, connect with you, and want to buy from you — especially if you're using the same stock photos as everyone else.

Think about it: When Jess Lea or Blakeley drops new arrivals, every boutique shares the same pics.

Now shoppers are just comparing:
🚚 Who ships faster?
💸 Who has free shipping?
🔑 Who’s giving a discount code?

Jess Lea and Blakeley have built strong brands. Focused on women's clothing. Very different results.

So what makes you stand out?
(Hint: it’s never by tearing down another business.)

Ask yourself:
Are you running a hobby… or building a brand?

If it’s the second one — Executive Hub by Tracy Cole can help you grow.

Business Owners, a quick reality check:

If someone is managing your social media, they need more than a good eye or consistent posting habits. They need a real understanding of marketing—strategy, customer journey, brand identity, and intentional ex*****on. Certifications help. Experience and results matter more.

Think of it like this:
You wouldn’t hand your finances to someone who "kind of" knows QuickBooks.
So why hand your brand to someone who’s winging it on Instagram?

Social media has evolved. It’s no longer organic reach and easy wins—it’s paid real estate now. It’s strategic. If your “social media person” is asking you what they should post this week, it might be time to reassess.

Marketing isn’t an expense you cut when money is tight. It’s what keeps the engine running.
Ask better questions before you hire. Or re-evaluate the ones you’ve already trusted.

Just today, I spoke with someone spending $5k/month on SEO—with nothing to show for it. Meanwhile, talked to another with 10k site views in one month, no ad spend, and a 62% revenue increase in the first year. During a "drought" season. Strategy makes a difference.

This isn’t magic. It’s marketing done right.

Is it just me… or is anyone else exhausted by being sold to?

The constant stream of “I made $10k this week, buy my $28 ebook and you can too…”
The cold DMs.
The comments that aren’t conversation, they’re just a setup for someone’s pitch.

It’s noisy out here.

And maybe you're like, “But Tracy... isn’t that what you do?”

Yes. My business is coaching. It’s leadership, branding, digital strategy, and helping people figure out how to show up confidently online and off. It’s helping folks land the job, build the business, lead the team, or pivot with purpose.

But here's the thing:
I don't like being sold to either.
So I made a decision a long time ago—I won’t run my business like that.

I want real conversation. I want collaboration. I want you to ask hard questions. I want us to figure out if we’re a good fit, not pressure each other into a “yes.”

So I’m asking you—how do we rise above the tidal wave of quick wins, fake urgency, and webinar funnels?

How does someone who hates being “salesy” still build something real, help people for real, and make money that’s sustainable?

Because if you’re thinking about this too, maybe we should talk.
No pressure. No pitch.
Just a real conversation about building something that works.

How can this be done better without living and falling by the sale in the process?

Let’s talk about it.

Your Facebook group isn’t stuck because of the economy.
It’s not your offer.
It’s not even Meta’s mysterious algorithm.

It’s a connection issue.

People aren’t looking for more posts, they’re looking for meaning.
They’re scrolling past noise, but they stop for connection.
And if your group feels like a ghost town, the issue isn’t traffic — it’s trust.

Here’s what I’ve seen over and over again:
🔹 You post consistently — but it’s not clicking.
🔹 You have the numbers — but not the engagement.
🔹 You’ve tried everything — and still feel stuck.

It’s time for a fresh set of eyes on your space.
Not just what you’re posting, but how you’re showing up.
Not just what you sell, but how your group actually feels.

👀 I’m offering Facebook Group Audits — no fluff, no vanity metrics.

You’ll get:
✅ Honest feedback
✅ Strategic insight
✅ Action steps you can implement immediately

Let’s get your group out of survival mode — and back into momentum.

Let’s talk about the not-so-temporary trend of “building community.”

Community is more than a buzzword. It’s a strategy.
And for those of us who have been living and leading in this space — it’s a calling.

I’ve spent years creating digital and in-person communities that don’t just exist — they thrive.
They create momentum.
They spark collaboration.
They build trust.
And yes — they drive results.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

➡️ You don’t just build a community — you build belief.
➡️ You don’t just grow numbers — you create connection.
➡️ You don’t just create content — you build culture.

And when you do it right, the brand becomes bigger than you.
The mission multiplies.
The buy-in becomes automatic.

So, here’s my ask:
If you’re a leader, builder, business owner, or creative and you’re tired of spinning your wheels trying to figure out how to build a brand, a community, and something people actually care about — I’m opening up space to show you how.

✅️ The framework.
✅️ The mindset.
✅️ The messaging.
✅️ The momentum.

Comment “Let’s Build” or send me a message if you’re ready to learn the how and the why behind community, brand, and buy-in that lasts.

Let’s build something real. Something rooted. Something that makes impact.

Not everyone is a teacher. Some are just tellers.

A while back, I joined a professional development group led by someone I had learned a few things from.

At the time, learning communities were just starting to gain traction, and I had two goals:

1️⃣ Learn how to build myself
2️⃣ Learn how to build and monetize a community focused on learning

I’m a big believer in paying for value.
So $97 for 30 days of insight from someone who had done it before? Sounded worth it.
And I wasn’t alone—104 of us signed up.

➡️ 104 x $97 = $10,088

They had the staff. The systems. The setup.
But the ex*****on? That’s where things fell apart.

From July 27 to August 31, things barely moved.
By December 1, the group was completely ghosted.

I walked away with:
✅ One actionable takeaway
✅ Two connections that didn’t go anywhere
❌ A disappointing reminder: not everyone can teach.

Some people just tell.
They say, “Here’s what I did.”
And when others don’t succeed, they say, “Well, I told you.”

But teaching is more than telling.
It requires structure, support, and the humility to meet people where they are—not just flex your results.

So…

If you’re building or joining a community, here’s my best advice:

📌 Don’t just create content—create clarity.
📌 Don’t just share steps—support implementation.
📌 Don’t just lead with knowledge—lead with empathy.
📌 Focus on transformation, not just transactions.

People will pay for value, but they’ll stay for impact.

You don’t have to be perfect.
But if you’re charging for a promise, make sure you have the systems—and the heart—to help people reach it.
