Offshore call centers have the capability to generate a high volume of calls, which can be advantageous for reaching a large audience. However, the real challenge lies in the conversion ratio. Despite the large number of calls made, the effectiveness in converting these calls into actual sales or qualified leads can often fall short. This disparity can be illustrated by reviewing the data from two months of offshore calling, as seen in the attached screenshot. The numbers show that while the quantity of calls is impressive, the conversion rate does not necessarily correlate with the volume, highlighting potential inefficiencies or issues in the approach or quality of the calls being made.

Plan Acceptance and Eligibility Criteria:

- Plan Type: Only Part B plans are accepted. PPO and HMO plans are not eligible.
- Age Limit: Patients must be 84 years old or younger.
- Quality Check: Leads must pass our quality check parameters.
- **Billing History**: Leads should not have been billed in the last 2 months.
- Duplicate Sales: Do not double sell leads. Violation will result in instant termination.
- Eligibility: Leads must meet eligibility requirements, including no home health or MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer) conditions.
- SNS Compliance: Leads must pass the SNS criteria for braces offers.

Doctor and Treatment Requirements:

- Primary Care Provider (P*P): The patient must have seen their P*P within the last 12 months.
- P*P Certification: The P*P must be PECOS certified.
- Correct Doctor: We will not process leads if the P*P is incorrect.

Brace and Patient Conditions:

- Brace Restrictions: No leads for wrist and ankle braces alone, or single braces alone.
- Patient Interest: If the patient is not interested in receiving braces, they do not qualify.
- Patient Interaction: If a patient has been contacted and denied braces, and if there is evidence of coached or fake responses, it will lead to instant termination.
- Medical Conditions: Patients with cancer, dementia, or Alzheimer's are not eligible.
- Patient Perception: The patient must be aware that braces are not free.
