Unpopular opinion: ChatGPT is making people worse at thinking. and that's a 'kind way' of saying something else.

I build with AI every day, full stack apps- 2 running, 3 in production, custom design systems, complex architecture. I've tested everything out there properly, not just played with it for 20 minutes.

Here's my honest breakdown:

ChatGPT 🔴
Great at images. Genuinely impressive.
Terrible at conversation. It tells you what you want to hear, dresses up average ideas as brilliant ones, and slowly makes you sound like everyone else using it, 'dumb'. Does this sound familiar, 'It's not x, it's y', anaphora overload.

Claude 🟢
What I use for all my builds and real conversations. It reasons, it pushes back, it catches things. If you're doing anything serious this is where you should be.

Grok 🔵
My go-to for news and world events. Goes places the others won't. Also great for when browsing X and want more info on any post.

The AI space is full of people who picked a tool in 2023 and never questioned it since.

Don't be that person.

When people ask me where to buy a domain, I only ever give one answer: Porkbun.

Most people default to GoDaddy or Namecheap because they've heard the names, but name recognition isn't the same as a good deal, and in this industry, it's often the opposite.

I've been a consultant in this space for a while, and I recommend products carefully. Porkbun is the rare case where the best option is also the one nobody's heard of. Now you have.
