Happy Friday, loves 🤎✨
So let’s put this into perspective: how does your fave brand make you feel?
I just bought some funky stuff from urban outfitters so I’m going to use them as an example:
When I think of Urban Outfitters I think of an artsy chick that lives in soho, that has a unique sense of style (retro/hipster) and probably paints for fun and does photography for a living.
People think of their brands as other people - with purpose, personality, ethics, emotion, etc. The content you push, the vibes you give off, the look and feel of what you do with your company all adds up to this brand.
People want to buy from brands that they like. When’s the last time you supported someone you didn’t like? So why would people support a brand that didn’t resonate? People purchase based off of price, what it looks like, how it makes them feel, or how they perceive what the brand will do for themselves (remember when I said customers were selfish couple posts ago?)
So let me know.. what do you think your brand says about you?
