Here is a general idea of the kind of AI we are building at OutreachGenius
But first, a short history
The first phase of AI technology was the information phase
This is us asking AI to synthesize information for us
For example, your prompt was something like this “Explain how SEO marketing strategy works"
It felt like magic
It was how the world got hooked onto AI
A lot of my friends tell me they use ChatGPT more frequently than Google
Who could have predicted anyone would say this 3 or 4 years ago
Yet, here we are
But another wave of change is coming
The rise of AI Agents
Agents do more than just provide information
They act in the real world
The first wave of this was OpenAI's MyGPTs apps
MyGPTs connected ChatGPT to the live internet using existing platforms like Canva, Zapier or Kayak
You could use MyGPT apps to research "Top SEO strategies" and then immediately, put the findings into a Google doc then send it to your team via Slack
All from your ChatGPT chat interface
I created a tutorial video demoing this specific workflow
(See link in the comments)
Agents are what will take the use of AI to the next level
This is what the mass adoption of AI will look like in reality
Everyone will eventually have their own personal AI agents
This agent will act as your personal assistant and handle tasks like scheduling appointments, paying bills or ordering groceries for you
They'll free you from routine tasks, allowing you to buy back your time
Picture this: Both our agents will coordinate a meeting based on our availabilities and priorities
You get the idea
The third wave of AI use is a team of specialized AI agents working together to create value
This third wave will soon become mainstream
(But you heard it here first)
In this third wave, AI agents will collaborate like employees, handling core business functions across HR, finance, legal and marketing
At OutreachGenius, we're building this type of AI to manage routine and complex lead generation operations for businesses
This is the future
I’m excited about it
What future of AI excites (or terrifies) you?
