Gosh it's the 1st of February, Welcome to the second month of 2022.
Is 2022 going to be your year?
Do you know what you want to achieve in 2022?
We have completed January and got all the New Years Resolutions out of the way. Now it is time to get serious.
If you do not know what you want in either your life or your business, how can you possibly expect to or even know if you have, achieved it.
Start now as you mean to go on, plan the month from the very first day.
As many people say "Plan you work, then work your plan"
It really does make a vast difference.

Hi, just a quick reminder. Did you read our post yesterday?
It was about taking time out, to get off the rollercoaster of life / business, to get your breath back, make yourself presentable and take stock before getting back on to enjoy the ride.
The end of the month is a good time to take stock.
Time some time out, assess if the last month (January) has gone as planned, have you achieved your goals?
What do you need to do differently, in order to have a better month in February?
Plan those actions now, so that you can guarantee a good start to February.

Hi, I can hardly believe it. The first month on 2022 already coming to an end. Where has the time gone?
Are you happy with what you have accomplished in January or do you feel like the month has simply gone too fast?
Sometimes we all have times when we feel like we are on a rollercoaster and we just want the ride to stop, so that we can catch our breath, brush our clothes down, straighten our unruly hair and have time to think. Before getting back on the rollercoaster called life or business.
If you can relate to this, take some time out to breathe tomorrow, access how you are doing and what you can do differently to achieve better results.
Then write it all down and start to plan the month ahead. Let February be your month.

DEVELOPING A SUCCESSFUL MINDSET - ELEMENT 8 – BE PASSIONATE.

This may seem simple and straight forward, however it can be more challenging than you think especially on days when things aren’t going as you want or expect. It can be easy when everything is running smoothly.
The reason that some people can create extraordinary results in the lives and / or businesses is that they really love what they do. They are passionate about their life and / or business. Their passion and enthusiasm can be contagious. It also gives them an inner drive, as a result of which they are willing to do more, to go the extra mile and they produce a higher standard of work.

This can be summarised in a quote from Steve Jobs:
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life and the only way to be truly satisfied, is to do what you believe, is great work and the only way to do great work, is to love what you do.”

If you do not love what you do, you may find that it becomes a drag, you will find it hard to continue and you will never outperform others. It is true that to do great work, you need to love what you do. Also, if you love what you do, it will not seem like work anyway.
Most people are not passionate about their work, they are simply working to get paid. They have a half-hearted approach and only complete the work because they need to do so in order to be paid.

On the contrary, when you are passionate about your work, you take a pride in what you do, you want to do your best. You care deeply about the quality and the results you achieve. You care about how your customers / clients feel when they receive your service or products.

You will never need to be pushed, your passion will continually drive you forward and being of service to others will be reward enough.
So, love what you do, enjoy doing it and this will ensure you stand out.

I am curious, are you honest?
What always?
Are there some times and some situations when you do not tell the truth?
Perhaps to save someone’s feelings or if you believe it is not your place to do share the truth.
Is this being dishonest when your intentions are good and for the benefit of others?
