WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Troubleshoot and resolve time sensitive incidents while following STRATIS' Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices.
• Set client expectations appropriately throughout the troubleshooting process.
• Demonstrate the correct level of urgency while resolving client incidents.
• Understand and appropriately apply available vendor support process.
• Produce efficient resolution to technical incidents.
• Proactively seek and own opportunities to improve efficiency.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to troubleshoot at the appropriate technical level.
• Managed Network Infrastructure and health for STRATIS's installed customer networks.
• Troubleshooting and configuration.
• Management and health monitoring of installed smart IoT devices at 1,300+ production customer sites.
• Knowledge and ability with remote support methods.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support and administer remote access and network services.
• Basic administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs, configure and restore from backup.
• Security for Corporate Endpoint environment.
• Management of Security Awareness Training System.
• Administration of corporate endpoint protection.
• Participate in the assigned implementation of new systems or software.
• Light duties regarding security programs including training and end user security incidents.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Graduate of IT related course or associate degree
• With at least 2 years’ experience in managing network infrastructure, troubleshooting and configuration
• 1+ years network AWS support experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as alone
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
