Vulnerability is difficult, but THERE IS POWER IN WEAKNESS (2 Corinthians 12:9-10).

I have recently come to this spiritual awakening. It’s in the things we love the most that we find our deepest fear. I have come to learn that the obvious go-to when feeling afraid or ashamed or vulnerable is trying to numb the feeling by distracting myself from going through the feeling, which usually works, but what I didn’t know was that by numbing the fear and shame I was also numbing the joy…and that is why I constantly have the same fears and anxiety because I was not allowing myself to feel and go through my fears, difficulties, anxieties, worries etc.

The echeveria (one of favourite plants), in view of its tough nature, it symbolizes persistence and strength. May this message bring hope and strength to those who need it through difficult times.
