I have set my goals for 2023.
This is the first time that i am so specific about what i want . It took me almost 2 weeks to set an aim for this year.

Networking is hardest for me. Slowly i have to come out of my comfort zone.

Being self aware is what i learnt in 2022 and want to carry it forward. Along with healing. Lot of negative energy still exist in me waiting to be released to create space for something good

Being consistent and not to loose focus .

Yes we all want is financial freedom.

Last but not the least.Be a happy parent. My kids have seen me worried , tensed , angry and what not. Now i just want to be a happy parent to happy kids. Again its a very difficult task.

R u setting a strong foundation for 2023?

Setting up goals is not enough

U have to decide what actions you will take to achieve them.

Once you know what to do. Now u have to update ur daily schedule to include those actions.

Eg if u want to loose weight then actin step can be exercise. Now set aside 20 -30 mins daily in ur schedule.

I find adjusting and changing schedule to incorporate that task most challeging
