With the release of the Vietnamese edition of my second book, Self-Loved, I want to take a moment to share what this work truly means to me.
I created Self-Loved during a period of deep introspection in my own life. Journaling became my way of understanding myself, my patterns, my emotional responses, my wounds, my growth.
Over time, it stopped being random thoughts on paper and became a practice of awareness.
When the idea for this book came to me, I reverse-engineered years of my journal entries as well as life lessons and transformed them into something others could use in their own journeys.
I created it with the intention of offering 1000 aligned questions. Questions designed to help one understand themselves more deeply: their patterns, emotions, relationships, and most importantly, their healing journey.
To me, the self-love and healing journey is not about having the right answers. It’s about making peace with where one is, while holding space for how their individual healing journey unfolds.
For me, this work represents a phase in my life where everything was going wrong externally, and I had no choice but to look inward.
It represents the quiet, unseen work, the kind no one else sees, but something you deeply feel.
At its core, my second book carries the belief I live by:
To be self-loved is to be powerful.
There was a time in my life when I kept wondering, “Why me? Why these experiences?”
Looking back today, it feels like it was the path my soul chose so that I could help others in the best way I know how.
Incredibly humbled to witness the universe’s design in shaping me into a version of myself who can carry out my soul’s purpose with peace and love in my heart. 💕🦋💫🔮
