What you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring published product information and images is of approved satisfactory level.
- Ensuring new products on all platforms (Carousell, Shopee, Google Business, Wordpress, Facebook) are uploaded with urgency.
- Ensuring that products are updated during promotional periods and after.
- Ensuring that inventory count is updated and tally with the company’s central inventory system.
What you will do in ADA Group:
- Uploading of product listings on Carousell, Shopee, Google Business, Wordpress, Facebook with urgency
- Manage our products platforms, including but not limited to, change prices, change descriptions and titles, when required
- Update inventory count on E-commerce platforms like Shopee
- Perform some simple editing for product images
- Proactively communicate with marketing team
- Research on products to gather information
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Familiar with spreadsheet related softwares (Googlesheet, Excel)
- Familiar with design softwares or platforms (Canva, Photoshop)
- Savvy with Web technologies
- Detailed Oriented and Meticulous
- Strong Organisational skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Curious and adaptable
- Team player
