We worked closely with their team to design and build a website that effectively communicates the value of their services and their mission to lead the way in responsible AI practices.

AI Validation Lab is paving the path for organizations to adopt ethical and accurate AI hiring solutions, ensuring fairness and accountability in every step. To support their vision, we crafted strategic copy that clearly communicates the importance of their services in a digestible and easily understood way, bridging the gap between complex AI concepts and their diverse audience.

Branding is all about storytelling, and our collaboration with Mendset was an exciting opportunity to craft a visual identity that truly reflects their dynamic approach to real estate. From the start, we set out to break away from the industry’s typical aesthetic—no overused keys, calligraphy, or generic clip art. Instead, we designed something as fluid and multifaceted as Mendset itself.

Hello, octopus. 🐙

A perfect representation of Mendset’s versatility, adaptability, and ability to wear multiple hats in the real estate world. With eight arms constantly in motion, the octopus symbolizes their hardworking and multi-faceted approach to navigating the industry. It’s bold, unexpected, and most importantly—it fits them.

Beyond the logo, the color palette brings a sense of place and personality. The primary colors—deep teal, warm neutral, and rich amber—mirror the natural rhythm of the coast, balancing trust, sophistication, and energy. Secondary colors introduce earthy, muted tones, reminiscent of driftwood and seafoam, adding depth and flexibility. Finally, accent colors provide bursts of vibrancy, like a sunlit wave, injecting moments of freshness and creativity.

We helped Mendset shape their brand to stand out and resonate with their audience. They now have an identity that not only reflects who they are but also makes a lasting impression in their community.

UX/UI design can be the tipping point for users to engage with or delete an app. We helped JAB (Powered by Moblyze) to create an engaging, gamified experience tailored for energy workers to seamlessly connect with jobs. Our dark-mode designs lend a sleek and innovative appearance, ensuring a memorable user experience from the first interaction.

WorkerSpring is a platform to connect employers with vetted job seekers through community-based organizations. Honk worked with WorkerSpring to grow their presence through website design, expanding their branding guide, structuring their brand messaging and marketing collateral.

One piece of our marketing efforts was designing communicative and informational flyers for local businesses and job seekers to learn more about WorkerSpring, what they do, and how they can become a part of it.

Our designs embodied the brand through typographic styles, brand colors and photography. We integrated the same visual styles from the website into our designs to ensure brand consistency and overall brand recognition.

MessageLab is a long-time, valued client we are fortunate to continue to work with. One of our first projects with them was their branding!

The Message Lab logo is inspired by science, healthcare, and
communication. With a contemporary and clean aesthetic, the logo
icon fuses a beaker, message receptors, atom inspiration, and an
“M” to represent “Message” Lab. The hexagon enclosure is inspired
by skeleton molecule formulas and the periodic table.

1Konnection is the largest platform for senior housing and healthcare real estate. Honk was brought on to help with the user experience of the platform. We worked as an extension of their team, with a focus on both their desktop, mobile web, and mobile app.

One main function of the app is uploading properties as a seller. Honk was tasked to increase the ease of this process while still collecting the important details. Our work helped users list their properties, match with leads, and close more deals.

Atrium Health, part of the third-largest nonprofit health system in the United States, partnered with Honk Creative to design their heart and vascular institute outcomes book.

Narrowing down the final design direction was possible through our design process. We created different design directions for review and settled with a direction that resonated best with the health system and the audience for this book.
