Introducing the systems forecast ✨

A seasonal-ish look at the energy we’re working with + the systems, processes, and reminders that might help you work with it instead of against it.

As a ops girly who leads with intuition and pays attention to energetics and patterns,+ all the other s**t that most people don’t think about when it comes to systems and business… I thought it would be fun to combine the two and see what happens

So I know we technically entered Libra season yesterday but the energy is still fresh so just roll with it

Libra is the sign of balance, partnership, harmony, beauty, diplomacy, and, lovingly… taking 45 business days to make a single decision. 😂

Swipe through to see my System RX for Libra season and consider this your reminder that your business doesn’t need to be perfectly balanced to feel a hell of a lot more harmonious.

See you in Scorpio season for the next edition 🦂

just checking 👀

because I know there’s an offer sitting in someone’s Google Drive right now that was supposed to go live in March… then June… then “before the end of summer.”… and now it’s bascially October

the offer was never the problem.

it’s the build… the sales page, the cart, the sequences, all the backend sh*t that keeps getting pushed because there’s never a free week to sit down and actually finish it

which is why I created the Locked & Loaded Launch. To help you launch the damn thing
everything set up and teseted in 7 days

applications are now open

if this is the year you’re finally ready to launch — link in bio 👇🏽

p.s. this is a seasonal offer, so once it booked up, it’s gone until next summer

I ask every client their Human Design type before I touch anything in their business.

Not as a personality test but as an ops tool 👇🏽

I’m a 3/5 Generator.

I learn by doing, by trying things and seeing what breaks, and I have a natural ability to see patterns that other people miss.

That shows up in how I work with clients. I’m in it, I’m experimenting, and noticing things.

When I start working with someone new, knowing their type tells me things that they might not even know how to communicate.

A Projector client doesn’t need a system that requires her to push and initiate all day. She needs white space and a backend that conserves her energy for the work only she can do.

A Manifestor needs to be able to move fast when inspiration hits. her systems need to flex around that, not slow her down.

A Generator needs to be responding to things that actually light her up. If a system is full of tasks that feel like a slow drain, she’s going to stop using it.

I also watch body language.

Especially in big decision moments.
Because sometimes a client’s body is saying something their words aren’t ready for yet.

A shoulder drop. A pause that goes a beat too long. An answer that comes too fast. I’ve stopped builds because of a look on someone’s face.

I’ve changed entire project directions because of what I noticed in someone’s energy before they found the words for it.

That’s not woo for the sake of woo. That’s just paying attention to the whole person, not just the to-do list.

Systems and soul. That’s literally what I mean by that ✨

The marketing always gets all the credit... but it would be nothing without the backend

You can have the best sales page copy anyone’s ever read
A warm audience that’s been ready to buy for months
A genuinely incredible offer that’s going to change people’s lives

And if the cart isn’t connected right, if the thank you page goes nowhere, if the email sequence never fires - none of that s**t matters.

Your buyer has a broken experience and you have a launch that should have gone better

I’ve watched great offers underperform not because the audience wasn’t there but because something in the build was off. And I’ve watched founders blame the marketing and messaging when the real problem was always the systems behind the offer

The marketing is what gets them to the page
The backend is what gets them to stay, buy, and feel good about it after

Both matter, but only one of them ever really gets talked about
But on my side of the internet, I talk about the unsexy side of it - the part that actually matters

And if you’re ready to actually give a s**t about the back end of your business and your launch, book a free consult with me and let’s chat 💬

Nobody hires me because they want better systems 😅

They hire me because they’re tired

😩 Tired of being the only one holding the whole thing together
😩 Tired of launches that don’t happen
😩 Tired of vacations that aren’t really vacations
😩 Tired of knowing exactly what needs to change and not having the time, bandwidth, or support to actually change it

The systems are just the thing that gets her there.

To the version of herself that gets to be the founder instead of the bottleneck.

That’s what I’m helping my clients work towards.

Let’s call a spade a spade: you’re tired as hell of being the only one who actually knows how your business runs

60+ founders in, and the pattern’s the same every time...

Somewhere between “hustle” and “good vibes,” you turned into the only thing actually holding your business together.
So, let’s fix that. Here’s what I actually offer, and how we can work together no matter what stage you’re at.

(Your gut already knows, if we’re being honest. You’re just too busy to sit still long enough to listen to it.)

Swipe through. Save it. Send it to the friend who’s been “about to get organized” since March lol

Still stuck between two? Book the free consult.
I’m not going to walk you through a 10-step buying process. It’s just an honest read on whether I’m actually the right person for what you’re dealing with.

P.S. if you got through this whole thing thinking “damn, that’s me” more than twice... yeah. Link in bio.

I used to try and be the perfect match for everyone.

Skip certain parts of my process. Avoid asking questions. Filter myself to fit their mold. Sometimes becoming a totally different version of myself to not ruffle any feathers and loose them as a client.

I’m so done with that s**t.

The founders I work with are decisive, direct, and genuinely ready to let someone else hold some of the weight.

They respect and honor my opinions, my processes, my enegery and ME as a human.

We have open communication.

They don’t need to be convinced to trust me.

So swipe through and take a look — if you feel called out, keep scrollin’

If you feel called in — send me a DM and let’s chat. I’d love for you to slide into my DMs 😘

...and I know, coming from an ops girly who preaches systems and workflows and automations, this may be a little surprising, but hear me out...

My own onboarding process still has manual pieces in it... on purpose.

For my retainer clients and sprint projects, I'm manually sending them the contract and invoice.
Once that's paid, I'm manially sending them the welcome email with my booking link for the kickoff call (even though 90% of the time we manually schedule that call)
I send the contract and invoice myself. I send the onboarding email myself. I personally reach out to schedule the kickoff call.

Could I automate all of that?
Absolutely - 100%. (and I do for some of my clients)

But do I want to automate it in my own business?
Not really

Because the first experience someone has after handing me money and access to their entire business should feel like a person showed up for them

Not a Zapier workflow (no shade to Zapier though - I love you)

With everyone losing their minds over AI and automation right now, I think we're at real risk of optimizing the human out of our businesses entirely.

Automate the s**t that doesn't need you and protect what does.

Your backend should run without you. Your clients should still feel you.

Not in a dramatic, everything's-falling-apart kind of way 🙅🏽‍♀️

More like a slow, annoying, pain in the ass leak.

🫣 The client who didn't get followed up with because they fell through the cracks
🫠 The launch that lost momentum because the date got pushed back... again
🙃 The team member who you needed to micro-manage instead of them just doing the thing because nobody documented how the thing gets done

None of it feels catastrophic in the moment
It just feels like a slightly harder week than it needed to be

And then another one...
And then another one...

That's what a backend that hasn't caught up costs you.

Not all at once.

Just consistently, every single week, in ways you've probably stopped noticing because it's just become normal.

The good news for you is that it's all fixable.
