✨I’m extremely grateful that I got to know so many beautiful souls in my life, and this post is my way of appreciating one of them, ✨

🌸Not only he helped me through a tough situation , he taught me how to deal with the next ones ! Which I find very valuable🌸

As I’m posting this I’m listening to one of his breath work sessions on CH ( I know I’m not supposed to be double tasking while doing the breath work though !) 😅😅😅
