How it all began; a love story.

Jason and I have been together since 2002. We’re coming up on our 17th “meet anniversary” this month. After a generous amount of initial resistance, we had our first date and have been side by side since. One of our earlier dates was to an awards gala for Adfed where professional ad agencies and students could enter their work to win accolades. We left that gala with our brains reeling; a dream began. Here we are several years later with that dream coming to fruition. This is Candace writing this post, and words are Jason’s specialty, suffice it to say, it’s been a very challenging 2019. 20/20 is perfect vision; we’re starting Small Fish Creative with eager anticipation of 2020 and our remaining years on this earth as contributors to our local community by helping other small businesses do what they do best by eliminating their burden of marketing and websites by stepping in and consulting or just completely doing for them. Jason is the most brilliant linguist that I know (I’m truly not just saying that), he paints the most beautiful word pictures that transport the reader to another experience. And ideas 💡, that’s my specialty, I’m full of ‘em. New challenges present new opportunities to think bigger, think differently, find alternative solutions to common problems. There’s only so much time in the day, you have a business to run based on your specialty. We can’t add more hours to the day, but we can extend your reach and leverage your knowledge to build one heck of a brand. Here’s to you 2020, let’s do this!!
