Cost Per Purchase: From 3,380 to 462 pesos
Parang ang laki pero take note, this is a client in Brisbane, Australia.
The average cost per purchase for a Salon in Australia is 15-65 dollars (630-2.7k pesos).
When we started running ads for them, they had a 79.99 dollar (3.3k pesos) CPR.
Right now, because of our help, it only ranges from 11-16 dollars (462-672) per purchase.
This is super low considering how much their services are.
How we did it:
1. We used the P.O.W.E.R. Method ('s own framework) to determine where we needed to improve
2. We tested different ads
3. We found a WINNING Ad Creative
4. We tested different variations of that winning ad - hooks, messaging, offer, and CTA.
5. When we found the winning ad, we created a separate campaign with only the winning creative in it
That's exactly how simple the strategy is.
Ang complicated lang is yung ex*****on but the idea is very easy.
Next course of action: SCALE
To scale, we will:
1. Spend more since we're already efficient
2. Post more creatives so we can test new ad variations (5x)
Side note:
Mas mahirap mag ads sa ibang bansa kasi iba ang trends and market nila + mataas ang CPR kasi mas competitive ang market pero when you have the right frameworks and structures, mas madali mag adjust.
Kaya I'm super eager to work with clients here in the Ph kasi to be honest, the results can sometimes be too predictable which makes it easier for us.
That's it.
Hope this post was helpful.
P.S. Sobrang cute ni Stefano (my son) dito kasi pagod na siya magpa-picture when we were in Macau HAHAHA!
