Q. Can we redeem Body Shop Gift cards or certificates?
A. No, we are a separate entity. We are the Body Shop at Home.
Q. Do we have a fundraising program?
A. No, we do not at the moment but there are ways to fundraise through your own Body Shop at Home business. I will be setting up a program at some point and will share with our team.
Q. Can I cross border sponsor?
A. Yes, when the time comes you will be able to sponsor in all markets. Currently the at Home division is in the UK since 1994, Australia since 2002 and the USA since this June 2020. The company plans to expand the at Home division into other countries in the future.
Q. Can we sell in the US or other markets?
A. No, but my suggestion would be to sponsor someone in another market and drive those out of country sales to them.
Q. When Body Shop at Home launches will they close the stores?
A. No, the stores will remain open. Its brand awareness and recognition.
Q. Will I get a starter kit?
A. Absolutely, and it will be filled with their best sellers and full sizes. It will be approx. $110 and that should include shipping.
Q. How will the enrolment process go.
A. It will start with the person that sponsored you. They will get their own unique website and then pass the link on to you. You will enrol and pass your unique website link on to your first line and so on. .
Q. Do I have to carry inventory?
A. No, but you can if you choose to.
Q. Is there a monthly fee for our personalized website?
A. No, it’s free
Q. Will we be able to do vendor events and markets?
A. Yes. It’s a great way to sponsor new team members and gain new customers!
Q. Will we be able to sell product at events?
A. Yes
Q. Will we have catalogues?
A. We will have a yearly digital CORE catalogue that will showcase our regular product lines. Every quarter there will be a digital flyer that will feature new and seasonal products. Plus customers will be able to go to our replicated website anytime to see the current products available. Once the pandemic is over we will have paper catalogues.
Q. How often will I get paid?
A. You will get paid weekly and bonuses monthly.
Q. How will I get paid?
A. Through a secure online payment portal called Hyperwallet. You will then be able to transfer your earnings to your bank account.
Q. Is there a minimum I must sell each month?
A. No, however, only one month out of the entire year you must sell a minimum amount to remain as a consultant. We don’t know what that amount is yet. In the US it’s $125
Q. Will we be able to purchase at wholesale prices?
A. No, we will purchase at retail or sale prices and get paid minimum 20% weekly on our personal sales.
Q. Am I allowed to start building a team?
A. Yes, absolutely! Be sure to only share the registration form via private messaging, text or email only and have them put your name where it says “your sponsor”
Q. Will we be operating in Quebec?
A. Yes and we will have support available in English and French.
Q. How will my customers be able to order from me?
A. 1) They can order through your replicated website.
2) If they are local to you, you can place their order for them and have it shipped to you, then you can arrange for delivery or pick-up. (I may offer bulk orders sometimes and cover the shipping costs)
3) You can place the order for them and have the order shipped directly to them. (they would provide you with their cc info and their mailing address)
4) They can order through a party with your link and it will get shipped to them right away, they won’t have to wait for the party to close for it to be shipped.
*You will get paid commissions on all orders placed in any of these ways!!
Q. Will there be training?
A. Yes, there will be training from the company, once we launch and have access to our online back office we will find corp training there. Plus there will be team training too, I will post all team training videos in the TOPICS > TRAINING
Q. Is there an incentive if I get my business off to a great start once we launch?
A. Yes, besides earning commission there will be a Business Enrichment Program which will give you the opportunity to earn free product credit based on your personal sales in your first 14, 30, 60 and 90 days! . In the US the full amount you could receive in free product is $350. I will post here the amount in Canada when we find out.
Q. When can I purchase my kit?
A. Corp is working on onboarding us prior to the official launch date.
Q What are the Shipping costs.
A. We don’t know yet. In the US it’s free shipping on orders of $50 or more. For orders less than $50 it’s $6 shipping. I will update when they inform us of the Canadian shipping charges.
Q. Will I be able to purchase branded business tools and products such as business cards through the company?
A. Yes
Q. Will I be able to create and print my own business cards and business brochures etc?
A. Yes, however we are not allowed to use The Body Shop logo on them.
Q. What is the minimum age to be a consultant
A. 18 years
