My vision when I launched abode was never to just be transactional with clients. It was to become a part of agents’ marketing process and build long-lasting relationships. Helping them create media but with the main goal to help them win more instructions. Supporting them beyond and always over delivering will always be the foundation to the business.
This is raw footage from a shoot today with on a third visit back to a home he is selling. The goal today was to create a variety of ad creatives to run on ad campaigns to increase visibility and enhance lead generations.
Running ads is a powerful platform to increase your visibility and to also show your vendors that your marketing extends beyond just portals. James is 5 months into his independent business and like most the agents I work with, he goes above and beyond. I’ve been with Working with the James since day 1, from designing his boards, business cards and producing his media. He knows, anything he needs help with, we have his back and in turn will go above and beyond for him. WhatsApp messages back and forth at 10:30pm refining scripts and discussing ideas is a real passion for me.
The property media provider market is quickly becoming saturated and our mission day in day out is to be known as the best media provider in the West Midlands. The best because we will help guide, coach and support you as part of your own business protocols.
MY MESSAGE: Agents, don’t just choose a media provider based on cost alone, choose one based on the value they bring to your business. Of course, we all have profit margins and investing in professional media isn’t “cheap”. But one thing I can tell you for free is that cheap isn’t good and good isn’t cheap.
