Working online and building an online business are NOT the same thing 🤍

I spent almost two years working remotely for someone else before building my own business.

And while it cut out the commute…
I was still tied to a schedule.
Still answering emails that had nothing to do with my goals.
Still sitting in meetings that drained my time and energy.

Now I can work during nap time.
Out on the porch.
With a so called barn cat encroaching on my space.

No clocking in or asking for permission
And not building someone else’s dream while mine sat on the back burner.

This kind of flexibility didn’t come from finding a better job.

It came from building something of my own 💻🌾

If you are feeling like you need to be mean to other people to feel good about yourself…girl go read a book, drink some water and maybe get you a stuffed animal to hug.

We are grown women, raising tiny humans, building businesses and surviving this crazy life. The last thing we need to do is be mean to each other, this is real life not a high school lunch room.

And if someone is being mean to you, whether that be a complete stranger on the internet or someone you know,🤮 remember the MOST important thing
“Is she living a life I admire or would even trade places with?”
If shes not paying your bills her opinion and comments are irrelevant.

Use the mean girl energy to fuel your flame! 🔥
Go out there and do big s**t, my girl! 🫶

Enjoying a slow, peaceful Monday morning, and reflecting on how truly blessed I am.
Blessed as a wife, mama, farmer and business owner.

As we are at the beginning of a new month, I’m catching myself looking back at this year and seeing how much we have to be thankful for.
We have grown and advanced is so many different ways!
We’ve purchased, sold, invested, lost and won, but most importantly we have grown!

We have learned from mistakes and rebounded to use them to our advantage!
We continue to plant seeds that will grow into opportunities!
We have watered and cared for these opportunities and will continue to do so until our harvests are ready.

This isn’t just about the farm.
Infact, the farm is just one little part of it.
We have grown in all walks of life, and all of our business adventures.
Because we are fully tuned into a strong reason “why”.
That reason is being able to raise kind hearted, strong, confident kids.
And the best way to do that is to make sure those big blue eyes are seeing us live a life of progress.
That they feel like we are never too busy to slow down for them to learn something.

We’ve done this by taking chances and not getting stuck in the trap of “that’s how we’ve always done it” or “this is just how it is”.
We’ve taken seasons of life for simply that, a season that ends and blossoms into something new.
We will not settle, we will continue to show up and build a legacy not just for our kiddos but with them! 🫶🏻

It’s time to reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m not your everyday work from home mom or influencer.
I’m a farm wife, mama, and business owner 🌾

And someone who got really tired of building a life that looked good on paper but didn’t check the boxes for ME.

Before this, I was in a high level of healthcare.
Master’s degree, climbed the ladder, landed the position… win win, right?

Yeah… until I realized I was constantly pouring into everyone else while my life sat on the back burner.

The farm stayed on maintenance mode.
My time was owned by someone other than me.
And the version of motherhood I dreamt about didn’t fit into the life I was currently living.

I wanted to raise my babies on the farm from sun up to sun down ☀️
Not in a daycare while I was off at work wondering if they were happy and being taken care of.

So I started to look for something that would allow me to build income that aligned with the lifestyle I was striving for.

I wasn’t looking for an “easy button.”
I was looking for something that provided real leverage.

Now I run a high ticket online business from home 💻
With enough drive and willingness to learn, it’s something you can learn to build.

This isn’t about “escaping work”
It’s about choosing work that actually builds the life you say you want.

We had the BEST time visiting Savannah, GA.

There is something so special about being able to give your kiddos experiences that you never had growing up.

I will never not pick this life or this level of freedom!

We all want a little bit more, that’s just human nature.
And that nature is what has pushed us forward for all of time.

What is it that you are wanting more of out of life?

More time to do the things you love?
More time to spend with those you love?
More fulfillment, meaning, and happiness in your life?

If you could walk into the bank and get a loan for the amount it would take to “buy” those things… what would that number be?

What would you be willing to pay to have the life of your dreams?

The life you’re tolerating is costing you the life you actually want.

No version of life is free.

So what version is worth paying for?

Most people aren’t stuck because they don’t want more.
