**What Pro-Life Means to Me: I Don’t Want Myself or My Family to Be Targeted Because of My Race**
During Donald Trump's presidency (2017-2021), we witnessed several high-profile incidents of police brutality that highlighted the urgent need for change. The killing of George Floyd in May 2020 ignited widespread protests and a national conversation about systemic racism and police violence. Breonna Taylor was shot in her own home while she was sleeping, and Ahmaud Arbery was tragically killed while jogging—victims of a society that too often overlooks the value of Black lives.
Under Trump's administration, these incidents seemed more prevalent, drawing attention to the urgent need for justice and reform. As we look to the future, it is crucial that we stand together and make our voices heard. Voting is our power. It’s our chance to demand accountability and change, ensuring that no one has to live in fear because of their race. Let’s unite and take action for our families and our communities.
