Beginners Guide to PCOS Part 6…

Don’t wait for tomorrow

For something you can Start Today💪🏼

I realized every-time I said “I’ll do something tomorrow” it really meant days, weeks, months even years.

It didn’t actually mean tomorrow

What I realized is if something is a priority or Important you don’t want to wait years to implement it.

💪🏼Starting small will build momentum…

So you can reach your goals of:
🩷 Losing weight
🩷 Finding your purpose
🩷 Building stronger relationships with family and friends
🩷 Finding the Love of your Life
🩷 Having your own Kids

However it’s worth it when

I help women. Taking my 14 years of experience of

➡️ crying, feeling dismissed by doctors, told I’m overweight, feeling overwhelmed/ exhausted, told I need to “do more”, stressing out about having fertility issues years before trying to have kids

And turn it into feeling
💪🏼 at peace, worthy, deserving, feminine, passionate, caring, loving and supportive of their health and their body. ❤️

Beginners guide to PCOS part 5

According to multiple national Institutes of health research papers PCOS is both an endocrine and metabolic syndrome.

Endocrine means that it affects the hormones

And metabolic means that it affects how your body distributes and uses energy.

This means that what you eat and how you move your body matters in managing PCOS symptoms .

I don’t say this to cause shame or guilt, but to provide information so you can use your choice to make an educated decision

lifestyle changes have been the main way that I’ve been able to manage my PCOS symptoms as much as I have

What are some things that you’re gonna start today to improve your PCOS symptoms?

Ultrasound can be very helpful in diagnosing PCOS, identifying uterus fibroids and any other

As someone who had to get surgery for uterus fibroids, if you have painful periods I recommend telling your gynecologist and requesting an ultrasound done.

Trans vaginal Ultrasound is slightly uncomfortable but nothing compared to a Pap exam.
