WHAT IS LLC, HOW TO FORM LLC?
A limited liability company (LLC) is a legal status granted to businesses. An LLC is owned by one or more individuals who are referred to as "members." If you're the sole owner, it's a single-member LLC. More than one owner is known as a multi-member LLC.
SIX BASIC STEPS TO START AN LLC
Step 1: Select Your State
Step 2: Name Your LLC
Step 3: Choose a Registered Agent
Step 4: File the Articles of Organization
Step 5: Create an Operating Agreement
Step 6: Get an EIN
For wholesalers, we always recommend Texas, Florida, Alaska, Washington or simply we can say where taxation frees state or low rate of tax.
LLC can be made online on the state website (Takes 15 mins and the estimated cost is $125-$150)
At the completion of the LLC form, you will get a Certificate of formation which you can print or download
While making LLC there is a question that will ask whether you will collect sales tax or something similar. If you select that option: Your resale certificate will be available online as well. (Print/download No additional cost)
Then you will go to the IRS site and apply for EIN which will be available to be downloaded at completion. (No cost)
So now you have an LLC Certificate of formation, Resale Certificate, and also EIN.
STEP 02:

This step is very important and your clear focus is on what information Amazon needs step by step because many of the people do mistakes in this step which causes deactivation, suspensions.
