Happy International Labor's day.
🙌

When I was living in China, we celebrate this day every year. It is part of my childhood memory. When I moved to Canada, I found out people don't celebrate this day. Canadians also don't celebrate International Children's day ( June 1st). That was my favourite day when I was a child.

Now I am living in France, I am very glad to see some people are still celebrating!

I believe if we celebrate more, then there will be more to celebrate in our lives.

Nevertheless, Wherever you are, I wish you have a good Labor's day today. :)

I learnt this goal setting and goal keeping method over the last week. It has been very useful for me, I woop 5 mins everyday in the morning and by start thinking about what I am trying to accomplish today.

After I am clear with my daily goal, I think about what's the best outcome will be if achieve it, then I think about what obstacles I might have within me that might stop me from doing it.

Last step is to create the " if / then" plan. I will think about a solution for the obstacles, so if I really encounter a certain obstacle, then I will already have a plan for you.

It has keeping me accountable, if you have some challenge on keep up your goals, this might help.

Normally people don't talk about setting goals in April because that's something we do for the new year. I am just curious how many of us have kept their new year resolutions until now?

For this year, I set personal goals on practicing YOGA and meditation every morning for 1 hr, and I have been keeping it up until now.
