Are you a creative powerhouse with a flair for design, video editing, and storytelling? We're looking for a Creative Design Intern to join our team remotely from anywhere in Malawi. If you’re passionate about visual content, love exploring branding ideas, and have an eye for detail, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, websites, and other digital/print platforms
Create and edit videos for brand storytelling, product highlights, and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
Contribute fresh, innovative design ideas that align with our brand identity
Assist in developing brand elements and visual guidelines
Animate motion graphics for intros, transitions, and explainer content (added advantage)
Work within deadlines and iterate designs based on feedback
Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about design and storytelling
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
Basic understanding of branding and consistency across platforms
Creative, self-driven, and open to learning
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Good communication and time management skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience with motion graphics or animation
Familiarity with social media trends and marketing principles
Previous freelance or internship experience
