Millennials are the largest generation in the workforce according to Pew Research*. Currently, 1 in 3 American workers is from the Millennial generation.

As a result, career trajectories are changing, the job hunt is being flipped on its head, and the future of jobs is transforming in front of our eyes. I know this because I am a testament to the future of careers.

I launched my career with Praxis when I dropped out of college in June of 2018. I have worked at a booming business journalism company, built a portfolio of marketing work, made invaluable connections that college can't compete with.

Now I crashed my career with the help of my mentors and peers from Career Crash. (Mitchell Earl, Isaac M. Morehouse, Chuck Grimmett, Morgan Von Gunten)

This September, I accepted an offer work as a Digital Consultant for BOS Digital. I am just beginning this adventure of launching my career. And I'm not the only one. Go check out the growing list of innovative job seekers on the Crash website.

For 1 year I worked at Trader Joe's as an artist and crew member. I learned firsthand about the supply chain, branding, marketing, management styles, and teamwork.

In honor of these insights, I wrote a piece reflecting on how Trader Joe's builds their brand with such success.

So, I created these graphics in response to key insights from the Lochhead on Marketing podcast on Legendary Marketing.

Marketers miss these basic concepts. Often this is because they measure the wrong metrics.
As a marketer, ask yourself-
