Suspicious Contacts: The "recruiter" has an empty profile, uses a personal email (like Gmail), or insists on moving to WhatsApp/Telegram immediately.
Instant Offer: You get a job offer without a formal interview process (phone or video).

Poor Grammar: The posting or message is full of spelling and grammatical errors.
