When you Google pumpkin, it comes up as a “super food”, but when I eat pumpkin pie I feel sick. To remedy that, I put together this 3 ingredient pumpkin mousse and topped it with cinnamon, a dollop of homemade whipped cream, and almond slivers.
I’m definitely repeating this mousse recipe!
1 C pumpkin
1/2 C ricotta
Pumkin spice stevia
