to be happy
In fact, it’s very simple, but we are so mired in a fictional life by someone that now, if it’s not the same for us as it is for someone, then it seems to us that something is wrong with us. And we believe that I will be happy when I have this this this, as a result, when we get the desired Happiness lasts a short time, and after new desires and again we are waiting for something.
It is absolutely normal to dream, to strive for something, to plan something. It's even very cool, but you just need to remember to live and be happy now. I am happy, but when I have in my life what I dream of, I will be even happier
To be happy is not to compare yourself with others, not to compete with anyone in life, to give yourself a rest when you want to rest, not to rush after someone, but to enjoy what is happening in your life, to be able to say no, to know what you want, look the way you want, enjoy nature, take care of your body, do everything that makes you more confident, don’t swear with people, don’t argue, help without expecting help in return, don’t think of what to say, but say what you think, don’t adapt, but find people you like with one glance, eat delicious food, rearrange your home as you like, listen to music that you like, do not be shy to be yourself, hug your parents, relatives, children, loved ones, etc.
It's easy to be happy. You have to be kind, sincere and real.
