About Stakkd Ink
Stakkd Ink was founded in 2019 based on our love for the challenges involved in bringing a creative design to life through the process of screen printing. Our passion and goal is to help print your ideas in ways that you can share with others– all while having a good time and a good beer while we do it. The team’s diverse background proved to be the perfect combination to build a business. Kristen has a BFA in Printmaking and first learned to screen print at an internship in northern Kentucky. She fell in love with the process and continued to print custom-designed posters,T-shirts, Can Coolers, and more after graduation. Simon previously worked for a print shop in Louisiana, where he learned more about large-scale print runs. Chase and Simon both have degrees in Mechanical Engineering and met while working in the automotive design industry. Several of Stakkd Ink's pieces of equipment were designed and built in-house by Chase to meet our needs. Our combination of art and engineering backgrounds enables Stakkd Ink to design and produce high quality prints while being cost competitive. Stakkd is currently based in Milan Michigan, just south of Ann Arbor.
