Here is the artwork I designed for Ofgem’s Strategic Innovation Fund podcast. On the podcast, you can hear from the brilliant teams pushing to transform UK energy networks and showcase opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and others. There’s lots of great challenge for the people and institutions that sit within the engineering and energy space. And it’s expertly produced by the fabulous Bespoken Media.

Working with the existing brand guidelines, I came up with this energetic, exciting and innovative cover. Take a listen on Spotify, Apple Music or wherever you get your podcasts from.

Last year, Alison and Neil from entrusted me with their re-brand. Two architects and one designer = 3 people obsessed with all the details! I’m pleased to report, we’re all delighted with the final logo; solid, bold and fun, like all great buildings. 🏡🔨

Somewhat ironically, I currently spend a large proportion of my working week creating digital content… just not on my own page! Maybe 2023 that will change? We’ll see!

My own content and design always ends up at the bottom of the pile. But three years in, I thought it was time for my own brand refresh so moved a new logo to the top of the pile.

Freedom day 🥳

Isolation has been a bit of a slog but we all really enjoyed doing a project every afternoon. It was a great way to keep the creative juices flowing and enjoy some non screen based activities. What's more, we now have a beautiful picture gallery as a momento of our isolation time!

For the past year, I've been working a few days a with a wonderful Edinburgh charity Soul Food Edinburgh. In the picture, you'll see some lovely thank you notes I've just designed for them. Each kind person who makes a donation gets sent a hand written thank you note so they know how appreciated they are.

Soul Food provides hot, delicious and freshly prepared meals while also offering some respite and support to anyone dealing with the challenges of homelessness, poverty or loneliness. But it's so much more than a meal, Soul Food offers to walk alongside anyone in need of extra support, no questions asked. While I'm on a social media posting roll... here is some podcast cover art I did for Our Time series 'My Family, Mental Illness, and Me". There are eight episodes featuring some incredible people, including the fabulous Thebodycoach Joe Wicks. The series aims to support people with experience of parental mental illness and to stop them feeling alone.

It's had a fantastic response. The have called it "a crucial opening up of the discussion" around parental mental illness.

It was Scotland's podcast of the week. Their review says "the producers are to be applauded for helping the next generation to find their way".

It's true what they say, the days are long but the years are short, my first baby is off to high school on Wednesday and my Facebook memories are reminding me how much she's grown 😍/😭 I've been doing questionnaires with my kids at the start of each new term since they started school and love looking back at their answers 💕

Some lovely MakeSpace artwork advertising the Local Zero podcast (produced by the excellent Bespoken Media). I’m pretty sure there is a direct correlation between the new cover and the podcast being named as The Times Scotland Podcast of the Week... That said, the content is pretty good too!
