We’re shifting out of a mentally active, idea-heavy (scattered thoughts, rapid conversations, shifting perspectives) Gemini cycle and into a period of emotional truth, intuitive clarity, and inner realignment. So this is a shift from thinking to feeling, from talking to integrating.

This means many people enter Cancer season feeling mentally full, overstimulated, or ready to drop into something deeper and more embodied.

We are coming out of the grounded, slow Ta**us energy. We're moving into a faster energy. Mental, mutable AIR energy. Curiosity, social interaction, intellect. This is a time for shapeshifting and looking at different perspectives. A time to be flexible.

A few key energy themes of this time period:

-Duality and Adaptability (The Twins)
This season highlights the multifaceted nature of identity. We are all multifaceted. Everything has a "twin." Everything has another side.

-Communication
Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the messenger planet, enhancing verbal and written expression at this time. Expect increased group chats, networking, and intellectually stimulating discussions.

-Curiosity, Learning, Sharing
With this energy, there is a pull toward student-type energy. It's a great time to learn something new: sign up for a course, try new hobbies or explore short journeys → like local road trips.

Sometimes we get in our own way...

I channeled these Self Healing codes about a month ago. I've been listening to them daily. I can feel the difference in my body.

Sometimes I think I am guided to keep some codes to myself. Nope. Codes are meant to be shared. There are others that will benefit from listening.

These codes help dissolve the energetic blockages that prevent the natural self‑healing mechanism from operating fully. They activate in the field first, then ripple through the multidimensional layers of the system, speaking directly to the cells.
