Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

*Responsibilities:*
1. Calling of patients and setting up an appointment
2. Sending text reminders to patients
3. Receiving calls to set up clinic appointment
4. Calling pharmacies and hospitals (when needed)
5. Calendar Management
6. Email Handling
7. Research
8. Various Administrative tasks for the clinic

*Qualifications:*
- Should have a call center experience/ training or at least an ESL teaching experience/ training
- Neutral accent
- With good decision making and attention to details
- A team player
- Should be passionate about healthcare/ Enthusiastic speaker
- Willing to be trained (paid training)
- Exceptional phone communication skills
- Stable internet connection (minimum of 20mbps)
- Decent computer and Noise Cancelling headphones
- Proficient in using Google applications

*Pay Rate:*
Training (1 month) - 2.5 USD/ hr
After passing the training period - 3 USD/ hr (with potential increase depending on the performance plus bonuses)

*Work Schedule: *
M-F US business hours (half day)
Morning Shift: 9 AM to 1 PM CST (2 days)
Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM CST (3 days)

-Should sign a Confidentiality Agreement
-Should be highly responsive
