Who would have thought, considering our humble beginnings as organizers, having a last-minute late-night call with Johnny Boufarhat in his pyjamas discussing whether Hopin is the right platform to host a or not, that we will end up right here, right now, in , supporting Vienna Energy Forum in running their event on such a large scale?

Yesterday we hosted an online for MIT Enterprise Forum CEE, not the first collaboration with them. It was a pleasure and honour to organize the main stage of that in our studio in Wrocław, with Grzegorz Nawrocki as Master of Ceremony! The pitching competition, virtual expo and 1:1 networking took place all on Hopin platform. We're looking forward to more events like that and are always ready to help!

Cancelled your event and had to pivot to the online world? We know the pain! However, there is an opportunity to grow in the world of online events. One of the keys to success is good communication with your clients, be it attendees, partners or sponsors.

➡ Tell people exactly what changes, what stays the same, what are the differences and similarities of the online or in-person variation of your event.

Yesterday we were pleased to support pozitive technologies (Pozitive Technologies Poznań 2020) and 365 agencja. We collaborated to migrate the elements of a traditional conference to Hopin, conduct rehearsals for the speakers and panelists, create virtual expo zone, keep a bilingual character of the event as well as switch between multiple stages and sessions. Did we love the experience? Yes! Did the client love the experience? We hope so!
