Issue: Local Currency Fluctuation

We would like to clarify a few issues that have come to our attention with regards to your earnings and local currency fluctuation. We have NOT reduced the amount you earn per video, and we have NOT reduced the amount you earn per refferal video and we have NOT reduced the number of videos allocated to a certain account type. We are actually planning to increase our user earnings in Quarter 2 of 2021 once and if the global economy starts recovering which may enable companies to spend more on targeted pay per view advertising.

CLARIFICATION: Our system base currency is USD. We normally convert your earnings per video and per refferal video to your local currency to make it easy for you to understand how much you earn. We pay a FIXED USD AMOUNT per video and per refferal video. The USD amount does not change. What normally happens is that the conversion rate from USD to your local currency changes every day based on the global forex market dynamics. But we still pay you the exact dollar amount per video.

Based on the conversion from Dollars to your local currency you will find that the earnings graph for some days is high because that day when we pay you 1 dollar and convert it to your local currency it was more money but the following day when you watch a video and we pay you the same 1 dollar and convert it to your local currency it may be slightly lower or even higher but still we have paid you the same USD amount hence creating a fluctuation in your graph which normally shows your local currency in your user dashboard.

But for you to confirm your earnings are constant as we say, you can easily convert the currency visible on your dashboard to USD by clicking on the Menu button and just above the summary button you will see the currency the system is displaying. So just choose USD and go back and check your balance logs and you shall notice the amount in USD per video and per refferal video is the same but if you convert it to your local currency there may be a sight variation.

CONCLUSION: The varation during conversion from USD to your local currency does not mean loss or increase of earnings since you are still paid the same dollar amount fo your work.

So basically we are requesting our users to ask clarifications from our support team to ensure you totally understand the dynamics of how our system works. We are here to help you.
