Easy version: instead of having a mosaic of photos/videos on slides, simply put your visuals full screen, one after the other.
One way to adapt the trend: instead of doing different reactions you could find one topic that unbothered you, or that you’re indifferent to, and then only record one reaction. It’s easy to edit, you just take 1s of your reaction clip and then duplicate it with the different number on screen every time.
We all need an easy-to-create post once in a while (or always). This is the b-roll with text format, nothing easier’! Just pick a random clip you have and add the text on it. For an even simpler version you could simply add the text all at once instead of having it appearing one by one. Don’t make your life more complicated than it is!

My take on this would be: “never won the lottery but my son wakes up every morning knowing mama is going to be home, have breakfast with him, and drop him to school, and I think it’s pretty much the same”.
