I love being a creative entrepreneur and even though it has it's moments, there's nothing I would rather be doing that dreaming big things and living a creative life. I've been in the creative industry for the past 30 years, working with manufacturer's, writing books, doing TV. It was a great ride! I've dreamed about licensing my work for use i

n all sorts of home decor items, fabrics and even apparel. I'm not sure why I've waited this long, but now's the time to take a deep dive into this world. I love a challenge. Along the way, I intend on sharing my journey and all the things I've learned along the way. If creating is your passion....let's cheer each other on and make some great art! Hi friend, I’m Linda — watercolor artist, illustrator, professional thrifter, and full-time creator of whimsical creatures who look like they’re one cookie away from telling you their life story.

I grew up on handwritten letters — the kind my grandma used to tuck little surprises into. She wrote like she was hugging you through paper. Those letters are still some of my favorite treasures, and honestly? They’re the whole reason the Happy Mail Club exists.

Now I get to do that for you.
But with more snails. And pigs. And woodland deer who have no business being that cute.

I make joyful, vintage-inspired art because:

It keeps me grounded when life goes sideways

It lets me bring tiny sparks of magic into everyday moments

And, frankly, whimsical animals are my love language

My studio is equal parts watercolor splatters, unfinished pieces stacked like Jenga, and thrifted treasures I swear I’ll DIY someday. I mess up on camera, I laugh at myself, and I believe art should feel like play — not pressure.

The Happy Mail Club is my way of sending joy straight to your mailbox:
little surprises, stickers, love notes, and the kind of art you want to stick on everything you own. It's the grown-up version of getting a pen pal letter… except this pen pal draws you pigs with baby-face expressions.

Officially Launch DAY IS HERE!!! Thank you to all of my new subscribers, we're going to have so much fun!

Draw, Paint and Doodle is my online class that teaches you how to draw using only basic shapes. I've broken the steps down so that anyone can learn to draw and be proud of their art!

On the first of each month I release a new full length, real time tutorial along with drawing guides to help you be successful. I also sprinkle throughout the month fun coloring pages, prompts, activities and color palettes to keep you inspired. I only have 1 tier and it's only $5/month for everything. If ya haven't heard, I've launched my Patreon site - technically tomorrow, but I'm so excited that I decided to give out a little teaser bonus project today!

For me, it's vital that I create a little something daily. It feeds my mind, body and soul. Drawing has become my go-to creative outlet that I can do anywhere and any time.

Don't be perfect. Just do your best and take action.
