One of the first things Dean helped me see is how 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙪𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙚.

Online, we only see people’s highlight reels…the end results:

📈 “7-figure launch!”
📈 “Went viral overnight!”
📈 “Massive client win!”

Meanwhile, you’re over here tweaking an ad at $10/day, wondering if you even belong in the same industry.

But you need to understand: you’re comparing what you are doing behind-the-scenes to someone else’s finished highlight reels.

When I look back at my own progress—skills I’ve gained, campaigns I’ve improved, mistakes I’ve learned from—it’s a totally different picture.

𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: I needed to stop comparing sideways (the other person). Compare backwards—to the person you were six months ago.

𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀: What’s one skill you’ve improved in the last few months? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear.

You got attitude

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned on my journey to growing an online business is that change begins with attitude.

When I was training with Dean Holland, he shared something Tony Robbins once told him: we choose our emotional state. At first, I didn’t believe it. If someone treated me unfairly, I thought they were the reason I felt angry or stressed. But over time, I realized the truth—no matter what happens, I always have the power to choose how I respond.

Tony’s advice made me pause: when strong emotions show up, don’t react right away. Step back, think, and take control. Reacting in the moment with negativity doesn’t solve anything—it only makes things worse.

I also noticed how easy it is to fall into “playing the victim.” Blaming others or making excuses only keeps us stuck. Real growth comes when we take full responsibility for our choices, our business, and our future.

Setbacks will happen, but they don’t have to define us. The next time you feel a strong negative emotion, pause and ask yourself:
How do I want to respond? That small decision can change everything.

Some mornings, the git-up-and-go just… got up and went. You roll out of bed feeling heavy, unmotivated, and not quite ready to face the day. Trust me, I’ve been there plenty of times.

The trick? Don’t wait for motivation—start anyway.
Here are 3 ways that help me when I’m dragging:

1. Just get started.
Newton’s law says an object at rest stays at rest, but once it’s moving—it keeps going. Same goes for us. Open the laptop, start typing, or take the first step. Action brings motivation.

2. Be kind to yourself.
We all stumble. Beating yourself up only makes things worse. Instead, look for a solution and keep moving forward. Progress over perfection.

3. Remember your “WHY.”
When energy is low, it’s easy to forget why you started. Write down your top 3 reasons and keep them visible. A quick reminder can give you the boost you need.

Some days are harder than others—but starting small and staying kind to yourself can turn it around. Keep moving. 💪

Going Viral?

Ever see someone go viral and think, “Wow, where did that come from!”

What we don’t see are the 47 previous posts they shared before that no one noticed.
The products they tested that didn’t work out. The hours spent learning, editing, and creating behind the scenes.

Those big moments aren’t random — they’re the result of steady effort that builds over time.

So if you feel like you’re not there yet, remember: you’re not behind. You’re just laying the groundwork.
Each post, video, or idea is another layer in the building of your business. And with consistency, they will grow.

One day, something you create will finally take off. To everyone else, it’ll look like you came out of nowhere.
But you’ll know better — you’ll know it’s been growing all along.

Keep building. Keep showing up.
Your “overnight success” is already in progress.

The easy life is not for me.

How do we change our perspective of life should be easy and not difficult to achieve what we want.

Shifting perspective begins with recognizing that difficulty isn’t an enemy but a teacher. Instead of asking, “Why is this so hard?” try reframing the question as, “What is this teaching me?” That small change transforms obstacles from sources of frustration into opportunities for growth.

Another way is to embrace 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚. Often, we suffer because we’re attached to quick results, believing that the path should be smooth if we’re on the “right track.”

But progress—whether in relationships, career, or personal growth—comes with effort, setbacks, and persistence. By valuing the process, we start to see challenges as signs we’re moving forward, not as proof that we’re failing.

It also helps to normalize struggle by remembering everyone faces it. Comparing our behind-the-scenes difficulties to others’ highlight reels can trick us into thinking life is easier for them.

Practicing gratitude grounds us in what’s going well, while resilience practices—like 𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨—build strength to face what’s tough.

Ultimately, changing perspective means accepting that difficulty is not a barrier to achieving what we want—it is the path that makes achievement meaningful.

Have a better outlook today.

I heard this the other day. “𝗪𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙮…W𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙮 𝙗𝙮 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙.”

This saying captures a paradox about human expectations and resilience. When we expect life to be easy, every challenge feels like an unfair burden.

We resist discomfort, complain about obstacles, and waste energy wishing circumstances were different. In this way, our desire for ease actually makes life harder, because we are constantly battling reality rather than working with it.

On the other hand, when we accept that life will inevitably be difficult—that setbacks, disappointments, and struggles are part of the human experience—we free ourselves from surprise and resistance.

Hardship no longer feels like an interruption but rather an expected part of the journey. This mindset fosters resilience: instead of asking “Why me?” we ask “How do I move forward?” Knowing life is hard doesn’t make it less painful, but it does make us better equipped to endure and grow.

Ironically, it is this acceptance of difficulty that makes life easier. By embracing reality rather than resisting it, we find peace, strength, and even joy in the midst of challenge.

True ease comes not from the absence of struggle, but from the presence of perspective.

Have a positive day

Are you capable of Success?

I’m not… I was never the type of person who did the “hard things.” I used to avoid discomfort, look for shortcuts, and wonder why success felt out of reach. The turning point for me was the lessons I’ve learned from my mentor, Dean Holland.

Watching him, listening to his guidance, and applying his teachings has shown me what’s possible when you commit fully.

Becoming successful in your online business isn’t just about strategy, tools, or luck—it’s about becoming the kind of person who is 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀.

That means doing the things that are hard, the things most people avoid. It’s pushing forward when others quit. It’s making choices that people may call “crazy” because they don’t see the vision you’re building.

You need to ignore the naysayers, the doubters, and the ones who can’t understand your journey. Success requires focus—a laser-like focus on what you truly want. It’s about keeping your head down, staying on the narrow road, and refusing to be distracted by noise or quick shortcuts.

Giving it your best effort, discipline, and sacrifice will pay off if you keep showing up and doing what it takes. Success is not reserved for the lucky few—it’s reserved for those willing to become the person strong enough, disciplined enough, and committed enough to achieve it.

Have a great day

Hey friends,

Lately, I’ve been sharing tips and lessons I’ve picked up about building and improving your online business. I don’t claim to know it all—I’m just someone who finally decided to listen to my mentor and take action.

The reason I share is simple: I want to help those of you who feel stuck or not quite where you want to be with your business.

But you need to know: I don’t always follow my own advice. Sometimes I procrastinate. Sometimes I avoid the things I don’t enjoy doing. And when that happens, my business takes a hit.

I’m not a “super affiliate” making millions. I’m just on the journey, learning and growing day by day, striving to be better than I was yesterday.

And I want you to remember this: there will be great days and not-so-great days. That’s normal. What matters is that you keep moving forward—because every step forward is progress.
Keep going. You’ve got this.
