Come watch me do a quick restock of our little free pantry!

There’s nothing like getting to the middle of the week and not having some of the items you need or the money to go get those items.

That’s the whole reason behind this pantry to help people out when they need it.

24/7 Access to food, hygiene, baby food, basic necessities!

We do the best we can with what we have and are thankful for our neighbors who support our little free pantry to make our neighbor’s lives a little easier.

Unpacking from our Amazon Wish List purchases that You Guys bought for our Little Free Pantry!!

I wish I could show you the excitement I witness from kids at the pantry, and the conversations I have with adults at the pantry.

There have been tears, long talks, a Lot of Thank You’s. And also a lot of appreciation.

Together we are doing it. We are feeding kids, feeding people in our community that need a little help!

Keep being good neighbors. I appreciate all of you so much!

There are a few ways to support our little free pantry:

1. Bring non-perishable items, baby items, hygiene, cleaning items to the stand and put it on the shelf or drop it off at the stand.
2. Go to our Amazon Wish List that is on this page’s profile. Click the link, sign in, make a purchase and it will ship straight to the pantry.

My neighbors are better than your neighbors… just kidding, kinda.

I posted a video of our little free pantry, asking for some help restocking items, and you guys showed up!

From neighbors dropping by with items, to a few packages from our Amazon Wish Lists being delivered thanks to you guys!

We’ve been able to get restocked! I truly appreciate you guys and I know our neighbors that need some help are just as thankful if not more.

I’ve been lucky enough to talk to a few people who were getting items from the pantry and they have thanked me, thanked the pantry and they said they are thankful for our neighbors helping. Some have mentioned that they don’t know what they would’ve done without this pantry!

Nonetheless, I want to personally thank all of you for your continued help and support!

Kids Only Pantry! Controversial?? I don’t think so. Kids deserve the same access to food and drinks as adults do. In my opinion, probably more so.

Attached to our main pantry, now kids have their own space to grab a snack or drink. We’ll do our best to make sure there’s items on the shelves for them.

The main pantry is restocked, partly items we purchased but also a few different neighbors stopping by to drop off items and honestly, being a good neighbor.

To those of you who have dropped off items and those who have bought from our Amazon Wishlist List, let me say, You Are Amazing People!!!

Your support is amazing. I’ve had a few deliveries from our Amazon Wishlist List, which I’ll show you in another video!

Let’s make sure people have access to food and items they truly need!

What’s your opinion/thoughts??

The pantry has seen and helped a lot of people. More than I anticipated.

We’re now seeing kids stop by the pantry and looking around. Not once, but 2, 3, and 4 times and most times they’re leaving empty handed!

School has come to an end, but hunger hasn’t!

The school breakfast/lunch is over for the summer, which a lot of kids rely on.

We’re trying to figure out the best game plan to help at the pantry.

Lots of empty spaces, which means some people are getting fed. I’m going to grab some items to stock up the pantry the best I can.

I am pretty sure this weekend will be busy at the pantry since it’ll be warm and dry. I hope this food finds its way into someone’s hand that really needs it!

You all are amazing! For those of you in our community who have dropped off items and pitched in by stocking the shelves, we appreciate you!

I’ve been lucky enough to meet a lot of people who were either dropping items off and some that were getting items they needed. The support, gratitude and thankfulness has been more than I imagined.

We’ve had private messages from individuals that expressed their gratitude and I wanted you all to know that what we’re doing here as a community with this pantry is actually working to make other peoples lives better!

I’ve been asked by some amazing people, how can they help? Can we send you money, buy specific items?

I don’t want to accept any money from anyone, although it is appreciated I would much rather people put items on the pantry for our neighbors.

I created an Amazon Wish List with some basic items, in case it’s easier for you, if you feel led to help support our mission. The link is in this page’s profile. I will also attach it in the comment section of this post.

When you order from the Wish List, it will ship here to the pantry so you don’t have to transport. I believe you have to be signed into Amazon to view the list.

I appreciate any support for our Little Free Pantry, whether it’s liking the post, sharing with friends or Public, helping stock items, or buying online. It’s only possible because of all of you!

Wow! I am just beside myself. I got a call from a couple of our friends last night that said, Hey we’re heading to the grocery store and want to pick up some things for the pantry, what does it need?

I gave them a few ideas, and a couple of hours went by.

Literally just as it was getting dark, I got the call that they were stopping by to drop off some stuff. They were grabbing bag after bag from their vehicle, and I was speechless. I couldn’t believe what they had done for our community, and for our Neighbor Mission- Little Free Pantry!

Two of the best people with the hearts to help others, right here in our community. They never want recognition for all the help they contribute. I just want to tell them again, Thank you for your support and Thank you for contributing to help our neighbors in the community!

As you see in the video, we were able to add a lot of items and get stocked back up. It’s because of all of you, that this pantry has been successful. Several people have added to the pantry, and that’s what it’s all about. Neighbors Helping Neighbors!

Too wet outside to work, so might as well build something useful!

Scrap wood flower planter box. Instead of typical lattice style, I decided to make a chevron style lattice. I think it turned out pretty good...

Now to pick a stain color. Should I burn the wood and stain it navy blue or barn red?
