How to drive more sales in your electronics and mobile store?
Have good content, photos, videos produced and customer feedback.
When you have a well-positioned store on social media, you give your customer more credibility. Make sure the content is well thought out. Utilize the best photos and videos of your products, as well as testimonials from satisfied customers. This way, when people enter your Instagram account, either through a referral or an ad from your store, they will see that several people have already purchased from you and this gives them more security and trust in your product.

We will work with capturing contacts for your WhatsApp, because it is much easier to close a sale on x1 (in direct contact via WhatsApp) than if you had a virtual store, because the value of electronic products is high, and people choose to buy in larger stores. For this reason, the best thing is to bring people to your WhatsApp, so you can better present your offer and make your sales. But we didn't do campaigns with a direct message objective, in fact, we created conversion campaigns directed to a simple contact page that we created in WordPress + Element, which only contained the customer's logo + a contact button that led to WhatsApp.

Creative(design): Regarding ads you should test both image and video with product specifications and offerings.
Tip: If you don't have a lot of budget, start with video, make good text to impact who is seeing your ad and a great offer.

We tested 6 different audiences, after 4 days we had enough information to scale, so the audiences that stood out the most and brought us the lowest cost per message, we increased the budget and deactivated the other sets.
