Starting May 1, 2025
Prices are increasing over time due to factors like inflation, rising production costs, and supply chain challenges. What you paid yesterday my not cover the same item or service today. In short: today's prices aren't yesterday prices. So in saying that there will be a price increase on some of our items, such as t-shirts, and embroidery services. Business Policy: Deposits & Merchandise Pick-up
1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order. The deposit secure your order and allows us to begin processing your merchandise promptly. NO work will begin until deposit is received. You will pay remaining balance at the completion of your order.

2. Merchandise Pick-up
Customers are notified when their merchandise is ready for pick-up. Items must be collected within 7 calendar days of notification.

3. Service for late pick-up
Merchandise not picked up within 7 days of service completion will incur a storage and handling fee of 5 per day starting on the 8th day. This fee covers the additional space, management, and care required for unclaim items.

4. Unclaimed Merchandise
Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at the business discretion, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which helps us provide efficient and reliable service to all our valued customers.
