SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & RESULT AREAS:
1. Possesses strong knowledge on Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and other social media platforms in terms of their best practice & keeps him/herself always updated of the ongoing trends
2. To plan, develop and execute social media strategies for each brand & geography and to manage our social media platforms to consistently spread awareness and to continuously improve impressions & reach.
3. To strategize & manage social media contests, giveaways, live sessions etc. on a constant & periodic basis
4. Manage social media marketing, influencer marketing, email/sms marketing budget
5. Manage and oversee all of our/client's social media platforms in term of their design, content, traffic etc.
6. Engage with KOL and agencies for influencer marketing program
7. To collaborate with Creative Team for content creation and to gain higher exposure for our/client's products and services.
8. Understand of web traffic and its key metrics to determine the KPIs and measurement for each campaign launched.
9. To stay abreast with the latest best practices or trends by researching and sourcing for new strategies.
10. Analyze data and produces detailed report.
11. Performing other duties when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Media / E-Commerce or other relevant fields.
2. Candidates with digital marketing certification such as those from google / FB / Twitter will be preferred
3. Requires 1-2 years of experience in related field.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with industry professionals and influencers via various social media platforms according to the campaigns need.
5. Good time management in order to ensure that all campaigns are launched as per schedule ant the content is constantly update and relevant.
6. Possesses commercial awareness and is sensitive to numbers.
7. Able to work independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
8. Positive attitude and self-motivated.
9. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Fluent in
Mandarin is a plus)
