It sounds reasonable. But for most marketing leaders, it doesn’t sit right. Because you’re the one accountable.

You’re the one expected to explain where the budget went, what results came from it, and why performance changed.

Roberta Ring began her media career in Brazil, working in audience research at a national TV channel, analyzing audiences for major shows. From there, she moved on to roles at Kantar in the research field and then Artplan, a national advertising agency, before finally finding her way to Vision Media.

In her few short years at Vision Media, Roberta has made a positive impact on the team and the agency's clients. Starting as a Media Coordinator, she quickly moved to Senior Media Coordinator and was recently promoted to Media Planner.

Roberta chose to be in the media industry because she’s always been fascinated by negotiation and the process of audience targeting and consumer analytics. To her, it’s like solving a puzzle or untangling a big knot that she's always excited to work through.

And it's definitely not a male-dominated platform.

While 18 - 34 year olds still make up a large number of unique visitors, plenty of Gen Xers and Boomers are spending time on Reddit.
