“I can’t afford a VA.”

I hear this all the time, but have you ever calculated what not hiring a VA is costing you?

If you’re spending 10+ hours a month on admin instead of revenue-generating work, that’s lost time, energy, and income. Even 5 hours of VA support can help you close more clients, create more content, or finally launch that project.
A VA isn’t an expense—it’s an investment.

Swipe to see the numbers, and DM me if you are ready to start the conversation.

You don’t have to commit to a VA every month.

One-off projects exist, and they can save you time, money, and stress—without a long-term commitment.

Think about that one task you’ve been putting off for weeks (or months). Maybe it’s your inbox, your workflows, or setting up an automated system.

A single VA project can:
1. Save you hours of work
2. Fix a problem that’s slowing you down
3. Give you a taste of what real support feels like

Not ready for ongoing help? Start small. You might be surprised by how much smoother your business runs.

Five years of building, learning, and unlearning. Five years of growth—not just in business, but in who I am as a founder, a leader, and a person.

If there’s anything I’ve realized, it’s that success isn’t about doing more. It’s about becoming more—more intentional, more aligned, more trusting of yourself and your path.

These five lessons have shaped everything:
✨ Protect your peace—don’t take things personally.
✨ The right people make all the difference.
✨ Relationships build businesses, not algorithms.
✨ Your gut is your greatest business tool.
✨ Comparison is a distraction—stay focused on your vision.

Building something meaningful isn’t about chasing every opportunity, saying yes to everything, or constantly proving yourself. It’s about trusting that what’s meant for you will always find you.

Grateful for the last five years and even more excited for what’s next. 💛

Anyone who tells you that you have to post X times per week to grow your business is full of sh*t.

The truth? There’s no magic number. The days of rigid posting schedules are over, and people are looking for ways to grow their business beyond just showing up on Instagram every day.

Instead of asking how often should I post? ask yourself:
→ Am I creating content that actually connects?
→ What strategies will make my business more visible, not just my posts?
→ Am I relying on Instagram, or do I have a plan that supports long-term growth?

More content doesn’t always mean more impact. What if, instead, you leaned into quality, collaborations, and visibility strategies that actually make a difference?

Inside The Content Club, we have a plethora of free resources and trainings that support you in actually getting your business seen (outside of the IG bubble). Ready to shift how you show up? Join us by heading to the link in our bio.

Running a business is hard enough—your systems shouldn’t make it harder.

We’ve tested so many platforms over the years, and these are the ones that actually make life easier. From email marketing to project management, they help us stay organized, efficient, and sane.

Love the idea of streamlined systems but don’t have the time (or patience) to set them up? Our VA team is here to support you!

As founders, we’re always looking for ways to connect more deeply with our audiences and serve them better.

But did you know the key to creating more meaningful connections and offers could be as simple as tuning into the energy around us?

Every season brings its own unique flow, and just like nature’s cycles, the energy in your business and community can shift throughout the year. Paying attention to these energetic shifts and how they affect your clients can help you align your offers and content in a way that feels natural, intentional, and supportive.

For example, in the spring months, there’s often a feeling of restlessness and a desire for growth. People may feel the pull to clear out old habits or make big changes. If you’re working with a lot of clients in this period, they might be craving inspiration or new ideas to help them move forward. This is a great time to offer resources that encourage change—whether through fresh strategies, services that spark creativity, or tools that help them organize and refocus.

By tuning into the energy of each season, you can craft offerings and content that resonate deeply with your community’s needs. Notice what your clients are feeling during these times—what are they experiencing in their lives? Are they more motivated? Reflective? Seeking change?

Use this knowledge to craft offerings + content that align with their needs and create a smoother, more easeful connection.

Your business should feel aligned with you, your community, and the seasons of life.

F*ck “have to.”

So much of the advice we’re given as founders is rooted in more.

Post on this platform. Send more emails. Try more content strategies. Chase the next thing, then the next. And while we’re chasing “more,” we’re stuck in a cycle of never enough.

Our work doesn’t feel like it’s adding up. We keep piling on tasks, burning through tactics, and ignoring our needs in the name of “strategy.”

Let’s call it what it is: unsustainable.

Here’s what most people won’t tell you—your business doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It doesn’t need to follow someone else’s rules. You get to build it in a way that works for YOU.

When I work with founders, we don’t start with the “shoulds.” We start with YOU—your needs, your energy, your values. Because that’s how you create a business that’s not just successful, but also sustainable.

If you’re ready to ditch the “have to” and start building a business that truly fits YOU, join the waitlist for The Founder’s Studio. Let’s make 2025 the year you take back the way you work 💛

Your bio is like your digital elevator pitch—short, sweet, and powerful. It’s often the first impression potential followers get of your business, so making it clear and intentional can be the difference between a potential client hitting “follow” and a potential client skipping right over your account and making their way over to a competitor’s profile.

Here’s our go-to formula to make it effective:
🦋 Who You Are: Clearly state what your business does.
🦋 What You Offer: Be specific about your product, service, or niche.
🦋 Who It’s For: Call out your ideal audience so they know they’re in the right place.
🦋 Call to Action (CTA): Link to something valuable—like a product, booking page, or free resource.

Why does this work? A strong bio attracts the right audience, boosts engagement, builds credibility, and drives conversions by turning curiosity into action. When your bio is clear, it instantly shows potential followers how your content serves them—and keeps them coming back for more.

Want to optimize your bio but short on time? Save this post to come back to later —because your dream clients are waiting to connect!

Many founders rarely take a real break from their work.

We totally understand: if you’re running the show solo, it probably feels like everything will crumble if you step away, even for a moment.

So, how do you actually take time off without everything falling apart? Do you just hit pause, answer DMs from the pool, and check emails from your car after yoga? Or is there a middle ground?

Here’s our 8 step process for founders looking to take time off (while still being able to move the needle forward in their businesses):

1. Add your OOO to your work calendar so you don’t accidentally book a meeting
2. Make accommodations for any calls that were scheduled during that OOO time
3. Block your OOO days on your online scheduling tools (Calendly etc.) for all event types
4. Set up an auto responder during your OOO days, and also a reminder task to remove your auto responder once you’re back
5. Set expecations for your team (let them know how you will interact with them during time away and what their responsibilities are during your OOO. Make sure to equip them with resources necessary to do the work fully while you’re away).
6. Batch your content before going away. Be sure to schedule all content to post before going away or giving your team approvals before so they can post on your behalf.
7. Adust your project management tool (ex. Asana) to ensure you don’t have any tasks assigned to yourself during your OOO.
8. Get ahead of client communication. (Ex. Reach out to clients about renewals before you’re OOO)

If you need a little extra support to lighten your workload and truly take that time off, we are here to support you. We have 2 more Dreamer spots available for October start dates-reach out to us via DM or *you know where* to get started 🦋
