What is so much in a name? Why would you give me your read-time?

First it was Daniel Okoduwa then it moved to me seeing Peace Tommy - The Brand Booster design.

I Saw the image of Marvellous Ben on Dan's status and I asked, "won't you do a Flyer design for this fine girl?"

😂😂We laughed about it though.

Fast-forward to 9:45pm, I was led to design for her.

So I had to check her out on FB and IG. Only for me to open Facebook I found out that Peace Tommy has already done a great work for her.

Then I was super inspired.

I modeled "design by Allen" (a designer on Instagram) to design the flyer.

Thank you guys.

And a big thank you to Marvellous Ben fir accepting the flyer in advance. I was done since 11:28 pm.

But something delayed my posting it.

I pray and wish you Long life and prosperity, our dear celebrant.

Meanwhile, I a yet to get my own book from you ma'am.

Every time you and Book. Ah
Wetin you dey read?

I got this question a lot from a particular guy in our compound.

He even came to my room yesterday, and still found me reading.

And then I will smile like one upcoming professor. And I will say to myself, "only if I had started reading a lot of books earlier. Things would have translated really big for me but nonetheless, it's never too late to start now."

While reading "Sell Like Crazy" by Sabri Suby, I took note of this and I decided to share with you.

Before I go on, I appreciate everyone who has helped me repost my products and services one time or the other.

As a Salesman or entrepreneur, Sabri simply teaches us the key to revenue is not just advertising but turning the advertising into profit.

That means you must be able to connect with the large number of people you bring to your business through advertising and convert them to buying customers.

For me, I do not yet have 100% result in this though but I hope to and I am working at it.

Young people explore a lot of things, entrepreneurship and a good skill set is what I have chosen to explore for now.

(I am sure you may never read to this point)

Talking from the last paragraph on the image, whenever I ask for help to repost, I don't just rely on that alone.

I step out to make myself known in my area as much as I can so they get to know what I do and represent.

Now that's what I call "Business-gelism". The act of going out of your way to let people know what it is you do and talking to them directly. (nothing much).

So in a nutshell, even in your small business, value ADVERTISING.

Mind you That you cannot do that without a great Flyer design except you want to be perceived as…

Recently, this is how i start my design process.

Because I am very particular about the details of the piece I am about to create, (which is always the client's concern) I ensure that I put my LAYOUT first.

It all started three months ago when I seriously studied these two principles in design ~ COLOUR and LAYOUT.

I took heed to the advice given to me and then I implemented it.

Now here is what Layout helps me do and helps any other designer who cares…

This would help me know how to expressly define where other design resources will be placed on the flyer design.

Once you get your LAYOUT right, every other thing will literally fall in place for you and the design you seek to create.

Long gone are the times where ephizzy is the concern of customers.

Simplicity with attention is what they want. (Read Again)

And you can do this for them if you understand and implement the layout principle.

Your Layout may be in different styles.
One of the styles I use the most recently is the Centre Alignment layout.

Centre Alignment Layout is kind of common but if you don't do it functionally, you will lose the aim of using it.

Because I pay attention to my clients, I am very much attentive to know what layout style would suit best for the project. I tell you the truth.

While I was in the coaster today, I looked out and l through the Window I saw a young boy and....

So I thought to myself that if I can just pick that boy off the street and teach him on IT and Graphic design, plus how he can make money from it, he will stop eating the groundnut from the tray.

Yeah. He is selling groundnut. And was picking them one by one from the tray on his head and eating.

Well, that thought only added to my smile and boom I suddenly felt the dire need to become more.

Two days ago, I said to Victoria Omoniyi that this is what I thought about myself, "it's not about the clients coming, it's about me becoming"

Read that again.

You see, no matter what you do and where kings will find you.

To this end, keep becoming.
