If you haven't visited my portfolio in a while, there's been some big changes in the past 6 months. This brand is one of my favorite additions and the interior designer behind it is one of the most talented I know.

I got to see in ins and outs of her process and it's by far the most in depth in terms of getting to know her clients and what styles they will love.

When first virtually met me via Zoom she said, "Oh Wow...You look like your brand!" I was absolutely wearing a tan shirt with a black bra, I have the blonde hair...I totally get it. Which got me thinking...if each person created a brand that represented them as a person how unique each brand would be!

That's why I believe in brand strategies that:

1. Fit the industry you are in
2. Appeal to your Target Market
3. AND REPRESENTS WHAT IS UNIQUELY YOU

This ultimately means
1. You will attract your ideal client...people YOU WANT TO WORK WITH.

2. You'll stop appealing to the masses and find a NICHE that helps you leverage your business.

3. You'll never have to worry about looking like everyone else, because you are truly UNIQUE.

Find a designer who knows how to pull this out of you, even if you aren't aware of it.

One of my favorite brands wrapped up their brand and website last month. Legally they have to wait for a big reveal but I can't wait to share a little snippet of some of what we worked on together. This lovely DUO of talented interior designers, create atmospheres in many of the hotels we all at some point have put our heads to rest in. I am thrilled to see them start a business of their own, focusing more on what they are passionate about: Boutique Hotel Interior Design. More to come!
